We have had many instance where the FBI refuses to cooperate with Congress. They are not above the law. The FBI reports to the President. If Sessions can't clean this up, then it is time for him to go. Fire Jeff Sessions Mr. President. He is either incompetent or part of the Deep State or is compromised in some fashion. But, he must go. Put in a guy like Rudy Giuliani. He will clean things up
