1000% tax increase on gun sales should more than cover it.

Of note, I have heard you all scream, wail and pound your fists that this tax cut will EXPLODE the debt by $1.5 trillion over 10 years

For the sake of argument let's assume that is true. That comes to $150 billion/year

For FY17 the Federal Gobblement confiscated $3.3 trillion from its citizens and it spent $3.98 trillion

That $150 billion represents 3.8% of FY17s federal outlays

So here is your thought experiment

Without touching the military, find $150 billion to cut in spending. Then you no longer have to worry about the debt or deficits and the problem is solved. I mean surely the federal gobblement can find 3.8% it can cut in spending can't it?

One good place to start would be Congressional slush funds to pay off accusers of sexual harassment.
    .

Now we have an addendum to the "voodoo economics" conservatives put so much faith in

No, no, no, that's that selective memory thing happening again, concern over deficits and debt has been supposedly a basic tenet of conservative economic principles for decades, was right up there with smaller government, but as we see now, it was all rhetoric from the start, we should never hear again from a conservative on the National Debt

It is interesting that in a thread about CUTTING SPENDING all our liberal friends can suggest is RAISING TAXES

I can only assume one of two things.

    1) They didn't understand the directions.
    2) Cutting spending is anathema to them

Of course there remains the possibility that 1 and 2 are true.

How about 1952 where the income over $300,000 was taxed at 92%.

I think that all blood sucking lawyers should be taxed at a far higher rate.

I can understand why you would not address what I posted. It destroys what you support.

Why should those living in society not contribute to it? Why should those that keep society going financially be forced to pay MORE so the freeloaders can continue to get a free ride? Why should someone UNWILLING to do for themselves be able to eat, have a place to live, be clothed, etc. if they're UNWILLING to contribute to the pot from which they draw?

The selective memory is when you lefties forget the unqualified black boy doubled the debt from 10 to 20 trillion. You had no problem with that. Keep kissing that black ass Legion Troll, or God Bless America, or whatever sock account you use next.

In the red state where I live, the most effected would be the only blue district in the state. It's not surprise that it's the only district in the state where more than 20% use food stamps. It shouldn't surprise anyone that it's also over 60% black. In a neighboring state, the same type of thing applies. 2 districts where more than 20% use food stamps and they're both blue with a majority black population. Go ahead and cut it.

I personally know a woman that spends an estimated $900/mo on cigarettes alone that qualified for expanded Medicaid. She was also convicted of forging narcotics prescriptions which was her 2nd class c felony. The first was 20 yrs. ago for forging checks to support her cocaine habit .

Yet you can't prove it isn't true.
