    Default The Left Reconsiders Zoning

It's not letting me copy and paste the article but it discusses how our costal cities are liberal and how they're proud of that but the biggest thing they fail on is regressive zoning/housing policies which slow growth and benefit the wealthy interests at the expense of the poor.

But the reality is both political parties fail in not spending time talking about such an important issue. It's a local issue but the reality is these regressive policies have repercussions across the country.
