I did dumb sh*t at 18 so I'm not holier than thou with these kids but i sure as hell didn't steal in communist china. I mean WTF?! Especially when you are there on a goodwill mission. You'd think they would be aware of how harsh penalties are over there. They are lucky they're with UCLA.

that worked out real well, didn't it......"suspended indefinitely" really isn't good enough.....cancellation of scholarships and relegated to community college pick up inter-varsity teams seems more appropriate.....

I don't think this is losing scholarship worthy. My guess those kids spending time in a chinese prison is something they'll never forget. They'll be on the straight and narrow going forward in life

He was suspended from the team for ten months and lost millions of dollars.

So if we want apples to apples the UCLA kids should miss the entire season and have future wages garnished

LiAngelo Balll...doesn't he have a rather famous Dad with a good bit of money? He could have bought those sunglasses for all of them....heck for the entire team...
Hmmm..." Ball in the Family" had cameras in China to document the family (Dad and LeMelo) and their trip to support LiAngelo and promote their shoe line......they somehow missed the theft. What good TV that would have been...maybe they can get the shop surveillance
