Default Roy Moore will never serve in the Senate!

The alleged pedophile, and abuser of women very well might get the support of Republican voters, but because of the terrible effect iAllowing him to serve would have on the 2018 senatorial election, the party will never allow It. This is not a campaign by Democrats to get rid of Moore... This is being pushed by the Republican Party.

I suspect the national Democratic Party would prefer Roy Moore win this election.

Sure he will, he'll get elected, the GOP will express their token disproval, offer disdain, put him in a corner, and then count on his vote on every measure, 52/48 with the few moderate GOP Senators is too risky to throw him out.

The one who will feel it is Ted Cruz, now every time someone wants to grandstand a conservative cause for political ends Roy will easily draw more attention then Ted

Notice the dems didn't kick joe biden out of their party despite all the VIDEOS of him fondling young women and even little girls. That wasn't 40 years ago - it was last year and we have videos.!!!

    Of course he is wrong:

Article 1, § 5, Clauses 1-2 of the Constitution of the United States, which read:

Section 5. [Clause 1] Each House shall be the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members, and a majority of each shall constitute a quorum to do business; but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the attendance of absent members, in such manner, and under such penalties as each House may provide.

[Clause 2] Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.

He would have to engage in poor behavior while a member of the Senate to be subject to its rules.

According to rush Limbaugh On his program today, I know it’s not a great source, the Alabama republican party can declare Moore’s nomination nolle and void thereby forcing a second special election.

Yep....just like the Electoral College would never confirm Mr. Trump, and/or the Republican Party is history, Hillary is a 95% lock to win. SOSDD. Why subjective BS? Its all you have....made up shit. Truth? All the republican's have stated that they would not support this person, "IF" he was found to be guilty. Of course no one on the right would support such immorality "IF" its objectively proven to be true. Accusations are not facts in evidence. What? Have you never signed a year book for anyone and 40 years later that someone accuses you of rape because they requested you sign their book? Happens all the time right...err..left comrade?
