Massive, crippling sanctions. That have brought Russia to its economic knees. Putin is GASPING for relief.

    What has Trump done?

    What has Trump done?
Putin is turning towards China in both military sales to China and economic cooperation.

But he's still got Nordstream 2coming online selling nat gas to Europe, bypassing the Ukraine as well

How did you feel about Trump's whole "I believe Putin" thing, followed by a strong backtrack when he realized how that sounded?

In order for that statement to make sense, Trump would have to be fucking stupid. Trump believes PUTIN BELIEVES that Russia had nothing to do with it? How the fuck would that work?

And CHINA is empowered through and by Trump's weakness. Everyone is turning towards China. America is becoming irrelevant, thanks to Trump.

He originally said that he believes that when Putin tells him that, he means it.

Either interpretation is damning for Trump. One makes him look like Putin's personal butt-boy, the other makes Trump naive and stupid.

You have no excuse or explanation, and you come off as a weak, mousey apologist for Trump's incompetence and deference to Putin. Just so you know.

No, it isn't minuitia, or inconsequential. You couldn't possibly be more wrong.

For about 24 hours, Trump was played like a fiddle by Putin - he chose Putin over our own intel community. Seriously - can you imagine your reaction if Hillary did that?

It's a cause for genuine concern, for anyone who is concerned about national security. This is just like your "sloppy w/ the facts" defense - you turn a blind eye to glaring flaws.

And Trump is an subservient observer of the world's players, not an active participant in shaping world events (other than to bolster human rights abuses and giving players like Putin the go-ahead).
