Default Hunter gored to death by cornered deer in rare attack

A case of poetic justice perhaps?

I like it. If only it happened half the time the sport would be sporting.

I’m surprised it doesn’t happen more often. A full sized antlered buck can put a hurting on you if it wanted to.

Tubby Tom 'forgot' to gloat about the practices of his countrymen who hunt, for some reason.

The poor bastard was unarmed. If you Brits hadn't take away his ability to own a pistol he'd still be alive and paying taxes.

A friend of mine took his dad bear hunting in Canada a few years back. You always carry a secondary weapon with you bear hunting, in case your rifle jams or the beast comes at you for close combat. Since owning a pistol is basically illegal in Canada, they gave the old man an axe. A 70 year old man is supposed to defend himself against a bear with an axe.

Maybe the old man should watch hunting on tv & not out there where he can stumble & hurt himself or others......
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

Who are you to judge him unfit for something that he loved to do?

It happened in France, not the Unarmed Kingdom, and the dead man wasn't a hunter.

He was a beater, and they are normally unarmed.

Could you have defended yourself against a bear with an axe?

I love hearing about hunting accidents.

    Especially domestic ones.

Yes, although prob not successfully against a Brownie...... Most handguns wouldn't stop them either......... Most ppl carry pepper spray, seems to work pretty well..
