    Default Rump's mental flaws!

One of the strange tics the president suffers from is that if he makes a mistake, which he does at least as much as other people (I think more often), he takes it as a personal attack. Especially if it is clear he has done something stupid. He has stated in the past that when he is attacked he counter punches twice as hard...

So... when ever Rump makes a mistake, he attacks, the intensity of the attack is based on how badly he feels he fucked up.

This is why even the smallest of his mistakes get blown up into something big.

Lets take the issue regarding talking to the Gold Star families after their loved one dies. When asked why he had not contacted them, he felt insecure because it was being suggested he had made a mistake (he was exposed for golfing instead of calling) he responded in a defensive posture by lashing out at Obama... well Obama never contacted them!

Had he said, not yet, I like to wait a couple weeks to let things settle down so the call can be more meaningful... the issue would have been over.

Instead he panicked, called the families that night and you know the rest.

This defensive nature is something his enemies use against him and is one reason his poll numbers remain in the 30's. Someone should try to work with the desperate Cheeto to not be so sensitive and be willing to have just a speck of confidence so he does not feel attacked and lash out so easily.

Good post. I'm always amused when supporters of Trumplethinskin call us non-supporters "snowflakes." He's the Mother of all Snowflakes.

This, exactly. And his "safe space" is either twitter or those embarrassing campaign rallies he still does.
