    No one, yet.
People who can win a senate seat in California generally just don't appear out of the blue one day and say "I'm running."

This political writers who follow this for a living and have sources within all the campaigns generally have an idea what's going on.

If this guy is so bad ass, why doesn't he declare? He should be a shoo in right?

You can follow the political writers and I'll follow me.......when I know, you'll know.

    the article talks about it.

Dude was a huge donor for Obama. Was considered for secretary of the treasury. Has funded many ballot measure and state congressional races in California. He has talked about running for governor. If you follow California politics you are familiar with him. Not sure where you read he'd be a shoo in. As the article I posted stated he'd most likely be her toughest opponent

Or maybe she's his toughest opponent?

We'll never know until he declares.

Considering he's never run for political office I think it's pretty safe to say she would be his toughest opponent if he runs

I know TTQ64 lives in California. Who do you like in this race?
Sorry Bill, didn't mean to leave you out of the discussion.
