She's been that way so far.

I just don't see what she has to be scared of. Even if she loses she's had a great run.

I think fear and scared are relative terms here in how they are being used.

There are a lot of young progressive activists in California who are looking for change from DiFi's more "establishment" moderation. As a result re-election is likely not going to be a cakewalk

They talk about retiring CEO's going from the book of Who's Who to Who's That. Not all of them like that.

Again, I can't speak for anyone but we do know power is an aphrodisiac and not everyone wants to retire and stay home.

And I'm one of them. Her time is up, I won't argue that. But to say she's scared or fears her opponent is just silly.

You need to stop reading so many articles and using them as facts.

Again, some opinionated article isn't fact. It's just that. Someone's opinion.

Well, you have to understand how the term is being used by the authors. They're not saying she's staying up at night afraid for her family's safety. They are saying who would potentially be her most challenging opponent. That's why I posted the article to show its context.

    Reading is a good thing.

Who do you think would be her most formidable opponent?

I also posted the article because it gave the name of the guy who has already declared. Keven De Leon I believe. You heard of him?

    The article is opinionated BS.

She has nothing to fear no matter how you spin it.

Leaving aside the fact I've spun nothing you're saying her re-election is fait accompli?

If the article is b.s. who is her number one challenger?

Yes, but he hasn't stated what he's going to do a about racial inequality, police brutality, crime, institutional racism, etc.

I haven't researched every candidate as of yet but I'll let you know, when I know.
