    I read the article, it even said at best there was approximately 2% fraud in the collection of programs existing, 2%, what percent of middle to upper class Americans do you think cheat on their Income Tax?

    a federal judge literally said it was illegal for obama to fund the subsidies via executive order. Appropriating money is congresses job. Trump actually followed the constitution, (you know, the thing you agree to uphold when you are sworn in) and you mock him for it. Trump follows the law, obama did not.
