Reading is fundamental son. I suggest you try it. That is politifact saying what Jason Riley said is correct. I read some of your posts on someone else's welcome thread. Don't you dare give me the lecture about accepting the truth you present.
Now, go back to the post and reread it. Try and find this part:
Riley's statistic checks out. Census data shows that indeed, for the first time ever, black voter turnout was higher nationally than white voter turnout, and at least just as high in the states with strict voter ID laws.
We rate this claim True.

FROM YOUR LINK
The impact of stricter voter ID laws is difficult to gauge because there are many factors determining voter turnout overall. It may be easy to tally the people who are turned away at the polls, but tracking why someone didn’t show up at the polls is another question, said Alex Keyssar, a political scientist at Harvard University.
"It’s safe to say there will be consequences (because of the voter ID laws), but measuring them is extremely difficult," he said.
The newness of the legislation makes the impact of the voter ID laws that much more difficult to determine. In fact, many of the laws weren’t even in place in the 2012 elections. (Virginia's law goes into*effect in 2014,*Arkansas' went into effect in*2013*and*Texas' went into effect in*2013.)

No, my link, as well as other data, supports that fact that minority voting increased in 08, 10, 12 and 14, to include states with voter ID laws where it stayed even with whites or increased, despite those laws. This supports my contention that when people WANT to vote it is not a barrier. YOU have yet to post anything that refutes.
So keep squawking, son. You are a bush league poster at best.
I discussed your link
