Floriduh mom has affair with daughter's husband, attempts to run him over

Floriduh - It was not enough for a Floriduh woman to have an affair with her daughter's husband; but she had to try to kill him as well.

Kathleen Regina Davis, 58, was arrested after attempting to run over Michael Sciarra, 33, with her Mercedes-Benz, police said.

Davis was upset with Sciarra for ruining her own relationship with her daughter by admitting the two had been involved in an affair.

Davis went to Sciarra's home and threw eggs at his house and cars.

Upon arrival, police witnessed Davis driving towards Sciarra in an attempt to run him over.

Police said Davis admitted to wanting to run over Sciarra and that she wanted him to die.

Davis was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

FLORIDUH CLERK ARRESTED FOR NUDE PHOTO SHOOT IN JUDGE'S CHAMBERS - HIS NAME IS "REAMS"

Floriduh - An investigation into a nude photo shoot at a Floriduh courthouse led to the arrest of Kirk Reams, the long-serving clerk of courts.

Reams, 40, turned himself in at the county jail.

His attorney said Reams would not be available for comment, but suggested the charge was overkill and the result of an an ex-girlfriend’s attempt to smear his client's reputation.

“It’s a very peculiar case,” the attorney said. The Floriduh scandal began to unfold after Reams’ girlfriend, Brittany McClellan, told the Sheriff’s Office that Reams took naked photos of her inside the circuit judge’s chambers, located upstairs from Reams’ office.

Floriduh residents McClellan and Reams dated for about a year starting in 2012, she told investigators. And while they had a child together, their relationship was tumultuous. She was arrested twice, in 2013 and 2014, on domestic violence charges after attacking Reams, according to court records.

Reams’ attorney (Brad?) said the case should have gone to the Florida Commission on Ethics for review, though he didn’t see an ethical violation. He said it should not have resulted in a criminal prosecution.

FLORIDUH WOMAN TO COPS: 'I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU'

Floriduh - Police responded to Filthy’s Bar in response to a "large disturbance" involving approximately twenty people and EMS was needed.

Police officers made contact with the bar staff and identified three female suspects.

Kayla B. Cooper, 21, told officers that one of the female suspects pushed and hit her while inside the bar.

Officers were unable to determine the primary aggressor after viewing security camera footage.

Police decided to warn all suspects until Cooper walked away and was involved in another altercation with a female bar patron.

“I told the female to stop yelling and to leave. Kayla’s response to me telling her to leave was ‘no I have to sign some papers.” I then instructed her to walk to the vehicle that was going to give her a ride home, and she could sign the paper there,” the officer said.

However, instead of signing the paper and taking a ride home, she continued to disobey the police as they were trying to talk to the other two suspects, the report said.

Another officer told Cooper three times to leave, and she responded by saying “I don’t have to listen to you.”

Cooper was arrested for Disorderly Intoxication and transported to the Sheriff’s Office.

FLORIDUH WOMAN - REPRESENTED BY BRAD?

Floriduh - A 54-year-old Floriduh woman was arrested Sunday after she was caught stealing cement pavers from a home.

Deputies arrested the poorly-named Julie Ann Upright when they found 42 cement decorative blocks, worth $420, in her vehicle.

The homeowner told detectives that he caught her taking the blocks without permission.

They were part of a remodeling project and were stored in the front yard, about 4 feet from the roadway.

Upright said she thought they were trash. Deputies said she then threatened to sue the owner because she hurt her back on his property (Brad?) while loading the blocks into her vehicle.

To make matters worse, the deputy said the blocks were stolen within a county that was subject to a state of emergency declared by the governor under chapter 252.

Upright was taken to the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center.

    Izzy from Floriduh? YES!

Floriduh — Police say a 29-year-old Floriduh man slapped a police horse while it was on patrol.

Casey Waldner was walking down a street early Sunday when he was accused of slapping Izzy, a 13-year-old horse that has been with the Orlando Police Department for five years. The slap startled Izzy, who spun around.

A police report says Waldner ran, but was caught by a nearby officer.

Officers searched Waldner and found cocaine.

Police spokeswoman Michelle Guido says Waldner was charged with injuring a police horse, resisting arrest and cocaine possession.

    FLORIDUH WOMAN

Floriduh – A 53-year-old Floriduh woman was arrested after biting her husband when he changed their computer password at home.

Police said Mary Jo King, of Floriduh, got into a verbal argument with her husband after he changed the computer password.

“The defendant then shouted that her husband knew the password before jumping on her husband’s back where she began striking him,” the officer said.

While she was latched to her husband’s back, King bit him on his head. The husband had marks that were consistent with being bit.

King’s son told police that he heard a loud verbal argument and observed his mother latched on his father’s back while biting his head.

When officers questioned King, she was uncooperative and said she was going to ignore them.

King was arrested for Battery Domestic Violence and transported to the County Jail.

AND THE HORSE SHE RODE IN ON

According to the affidavit, deputies responded to the area following a report by a passerby who said Byrne appeared confused, and possibly in danger. Byrne had an odor of alcohol, red watery eyes, and staggered. A field sobriety test was conducted, and she was subsequently arrested for DUI.

Byrne provided breath samples of .157 and .161. A breath alcohol level of .08 is the legal limit in Floriduh.

“Ms. Byrne was obviously not in any condition to be on the road. She not only put herself and the horse in danger, but also anyone who was driving on the road, which is typically very busy”, said Sheriff Grady Judd.

The horse was taken by deputies to the Sheriff’s Animal Control livestock facility.

FLORIDUH MAN SMASHED GATE @ TRUMP NATIONAL - WILL BRAD TAKE THE CASE PRO BONO?

Floriduh - Police arrested a man who they say assaulted a taxi driver, stole the car and smashed through the security gate at Trump National Golf Club during his getaway.

The taxi driver told police he picked up 52-year-old Robert Smith from the Square Grouper in Jupiter on Saturday night. During the drive to Trump National, the taxi driver said Smith hit him in the head a couple of times, and once more when they arrived at the security gate.

According to the report, both the taxi driver and Smith got out of the car when Smith suddenly hopped into the front seat and drove off. Police said he smashed through the security gate.

Police recovered the taxi at the man's home. The car had front-end damage and the doors were left wide open, according to the report. Outside the home, police found blood on the ground. According to the report, officers kicked open the front door due to their concern for the welfare of Smith. Inside they found Smith in his bedroom, with blood on his face, nose, hands, and shirt.

Smith told police he didn't do anything wrong and that he fell on his face, according to the arrest report.

Police took Smith to Jupiter Medical Center to be evaluated before his trip to the Palm Beach County Jail. He's out on bond.

Here are some things you probably shouldn’t do:

    1. Crash into a patrol car at the jail

    2. Drive on a suspended license

    3. Have marijuana in your bag

A 33-year-old woman stands accused simultaneously accomplishing all three at the County Jail in the 900 block of North Rock Road, according to an arrest affidavit.

A sheriff’s deputy reported he was in his patrol car when a Chevrolet Tahoe parked in the visitor parking area.

The Tahoe, which investigators say was driven by Kelly Lynn Dendler, then moved to the department parking area.

“Dendler stated she parked in the visitor parking first but Dendler said, ‘I was lazy and wanted to park closer,’” the affidavit states. “Dendler said she passed a parking spot, put her vehicle in reverse and backed into (a deputy’s) patrol car.”

In the Tahoe, investigators reported finding a makeup bag with a container of marijuana and a wooden pipe.

Dendler, of the 200 block of Southeast Grove Avenue in Port St. Lucie, was arrested on charges including knowingly driving while her license is suspended, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Default Floriduh woman finds out the hard way that a golf club is a deadly weapon

A Florida woman is accused of hitting her neighbor and her neighbor's dog with a golf club because the pooch was "going to the bathroom" in her yard, according to the Tavares Police Department.

Police said the victim, Gloria Stepp, was walking her dog when Sylvia White came out of her home and told her to get off her property. Stepp said she ignored White and kept walking her canine toward the end of the street.

When Stepp and her 1-year-old dog were walking back past White's home, White came outside and swung a club at her, according to the affidavit.

"I was walking my dog and she came across the street and she hit me across the back with a golf club and she hit my dog and she said, 'The next time I see your dog I'm gonna shoot it,'" Stepp told a 911 operator.

The victim was hit in the back hard enough to leave a mark and the dog was also hit with the club, causing the animal to yelp in pain, the report said. White also told the victim that she would shoot her dog if she ever saw it again, according to authorities.

Stepp told News 6 that her dog pooped in White's yard last week and before she could return home to get a doggie bag, White yelled at her about the mess. Stepp said she cleaned up the excrement after the verbal altercation.

Police said when they arrived at White's home, she was sitting on the couch with her head in her hands and said, "I'm in trouble." She also told police that she hit the woman and her dog because she was mad about the dog "going to the bathroom" on her lawn, which she had just paid to have upgraded with St. Augustine grass, police said.

Police Department Cpl. Sarah Coursey said it's not uncommon for neighbors to argue about pet issues, but she recommends contacting homeowners association officials since resorting to violence will surely result in an arrest.

"We understand there are arguments, neighbors, you know, get into arguments about this -- we had this happen multiple times. I can see the arguments and the frustrations but to get physical, that's where it draws the line," Coursey said.

White was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Two police officers are recovering from stab wounds after a run-in with a Floriduh man in a wheelchair brandishing a sword.

Investigators say they got complaints from patrons at Central Tavern about 29-year-old Emmanuel Ruiz Mejia.

When officers got there, they say Mejia was sitting on his hands as if he was hiding something. When he refused to raise his hands and tried to roll past them in his wheelchair. officers deployed a stun gun. Winter Haven PD says that’s when Mejia pulled out a sword.

The officers tackled him and during the scuffle, Officer Kristopher Coley’s face was slashed. Mejia was hit again with a stun gun, but Mejia then slashed at the other officer, Edgardo Cruz, cutting his hand.

Mejia’s neighbors tell FOX 13 he has become known for sitting outside his house in his wheelchair while whipping around a sword.

“He is a pretty strong fella,” said Police Chief Charlie Bird. “He’s got some stout upper body strength.”

Default Floriduh man has multiple cocks

Dixie Ruzzo said her quiet county road was anything but, with dozens of roosters next door. “In the morning, and then in the afternoon, at night. That's all you heard,” she said. The commotion prompted suspicion. “I said, ‘I think they're having cock fights over there,’” Ruzzo told police.

Deputies arrested Jose Urueta-Guillen for breeding and training fighting roosters. Animal Services rescued 36 roosters. The animals had to be separated into separate pens so they wouldn’t kill each other.

Urueta-Guillen is now facing numerous charges.

Some of the roosters had serious injuries, but Animal Services said staff will nurse them back to health.

An inappropriate game of titty twister has lead to tragedy in New Port Richie, Floriduh.

28-year-old Thomas Matheson was arrested after twisting a two-year-old boy's nipples so hard they actually came off.

According to Bay News 9, Matheson was charged with watching the boy while his mother was off at work.

Matheson admitted to "playing rough" with the shirtless boy, but after he squeezed and pulled on the boy's nipples he apparently didn't realize that he had literally pulled the skin off. Or so he told police.

About two hours later the boy's grandmother showed up and realized what had happened. The boy was taking to the hospital.

"Doctors say it is unlikely the nipples will grow back," reports Bay News 9.

Matheson was arrested on charges of child abuse.
