Good. I want war with the GOP. Bipartisanship is how we landed $20 trillion in debt
And spare me your faux indignation. Your idea of compromise is when the GOP bends over.

Who talks like that, "season of war?" How can anything get accomplished if you start out thinking you are at war with an opposing viewpoint?
The Founding Fathers created a Government based upon understanding and compromise and this guy wants a "season of war" in politics
Not to mention the disrespect of Veterans and active military personnel who know and fought in a war, now Stevie is telling everyone his political designs are similar to their experience

People on the right and left on this board talk about politics being a war. This can't be new to you

you guys are missing the quote..war within the Republican party ( establishment vs. populists)
I don't know how you were diverted / You were perverted too
I don't know how you were inverted / No one alerted you
Legion, does it offend you when national writers refer to civil wars within the republican and democratic parties? Or only when Bannon says it?
[QUOTE=noise;2063211]you guys are missing the quote..war within the Republican party ( establishment vs. populists)
It's war, war against someone who holds a different point of view, regardless of who is involved it is not an appropriate term in this situation, reflects on the individual's character, and as I said dishonors those that know war
the GOP has always been at war with the demmycrats......its just that the swamp rats among the GOP are currently siding with them......
How could liberal Salon dishonor people who know war?
https://www.salon.com/2017/06/18/yes...back-to-power/
Bannon is not a writer nor did he uses the term in reference of a narrative illustrating events, rather, he employed it in reference to his own personal campaign one that characterizes a different view as an enemy, not an adversary, but an enemy, a criminal, illegitimate, malevolent, vindictive, not what the Founding Fathers had in mind
How could The NY Times dishonor war veterans?

Is the article calling for individuals to go to war, implying an opposing view as the type of adversary one would find in a war?
Their metaphor could be inappropriate, but it doesn't come anywhere close to Stevie's rage, in fact the article even mentions the need for "open debate," not the mobilization for war
