Bannon is so full of himself right now.

He's a radical. He thinks his vision is the future of America, but it's a fringe thought movement.

we dont really need a war. Both nationalists and establishment need to identify core and non-core issues we each want and those we can compromise on.

Healthcare will probably be a huge issue. Fair tax reform. The environment. SCOTUS (most independent voters don't want a court that goes too far either way). Jobs.

Mostly, balanced government, which is also something most voters have gravitated toward traditionally. It's rare that one party has all of the power for too long.

I can think of several adjectives for Obama's foreign policy, incoherent would probably top the list lol.

By the time 2018 gets here Obamacare will likely be gone. Jobs will be a big issue and a tough sell for democrats if it means going back to putting climate change ahead of jobs or going back to less than 3.0 GDP. Only die hard lefties will want to go back to open border policy.

Democrats will have their work cut out for them.

    That's a pretty partisan interpretation.

Mid-terms are rarely good for the party in power. And Trump's popularity outside of his base is extremely low.

It's only a year or so away. We'll know soon enough.

When did Democrats disrespect our flag or veterans?

It was Trump who implied he didn't like the guys who were captured. Not Dems.

I think you're wrong about all that .. and the electoral college can't save republicans in the midterms.

Republicans have accomplished almost nothing in spite of holding Congress and the White House .. and Trump is a national embarrassment and disgrace with the lowest poll numbers EVER.

So I ask you, what are republicans going to run on? Race? That seems to be all your side has.

Who talks like that, "season of war?" How can anything get accomplished if you start out thinking you are at war with an opposing viewpoint?

The Founding Fathers created a Government based upon understanding and compromise and this guy wants a "season of war" in politics

Not to mention the disrespect of Veterans and active military personnel who know and fought in a war, now Stevie is telling everyone his political designs are similar to their experience

as a vet i agree with mr bannon, this is a war .WAR, :a state of hostility, conflict, or antagonism
b :a struggle or competition between opposing forces or for a particular end a class war a war against disease.

maybe this will help you a little a war does not have to be an armed conflict.

We don't need to talk about race when that's all democrats want to talk about lol. And we like it when democrats make every issue about race.

Race is all your side has.

The Republican Party is an opposition party that has no idea how to lead this evolving nation.

Are you aware the the party in power almost always loses seats in the midterms?

.. and guess what, Puerto Ricans will have a huge impact on Florida politics in the midterms.
