Thumbs up Fox Sports anchor blasts chxn shit rump for attacking NFL players

"The president of the United States came out attacking NFL players for them exercising their freedom of speech. While I don’t condone the protesting our national anthem, this is America," he said.

Bradshaw, a hall of fame quarterback, said the president should turn his attention to more pressing issues affecting the nation rather than bullying players in the league who decide to kneel as the anthem plays before the start of each game.

"Believe me, these athletes do love this great country of ours. Personally, I think our President should concentrate on serious issues like North Korea and health care rather than ripping into athletes and the NFL," he said.

Bradshaw's remarks come after Trump went after NFL players who decided to protest the national anthem.

“If NFL fans refuse to go to games until players stop disrespecting our Flag & Country, you will see change take place fast. Fire or suspend!” he wrote in one tweet, while noting poor attendance at the NFL games in another.

Trump attacked NFL free agent Colin Kaepernick during a rowdy campaign rally in Alabama on Friday night, prompting a backlash from several prominent NFL players.
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

I don't understand why so many libs don't get what the actual problem is here.

Do American citizens who have jobs involving media exposure (movies, tv, radio, sports, etc.) have the right to express their right to speak and demonstrate their political views while on the job?
Yes...if the one signing their paychecks says it's OK, then that's that.

Do American citizens who do not have jobs involving media exposure (secretaries, doctors, shop clerks, etc.) have the right to express their right to speak and demonstrate their political views while on the job?
Yes...if the one signing their paychecks says it's OK, then that's that.

Do American citizens have the right to express themselves by speaking against those who express their political views while on the job?
Yes. We can actually choose whether to 'fund' a sporting event or a SJW political rally. Some want both, some don't care...fine, that's their choice.

Honoring America, her flag and her anthem is reasonable and acceptable at any American event. It has nothing to do with some bad cops. Let them spend the 6 months they have off going to mayor's offices and police associations around the country and protest them face to face on their own dime and their own time. Maybe they could also tell all the cops on duty at their little games to take the day off, too from protecting them and the patrons. Let them hire their own bodyguards to give them cover from fans and others who try to get to them at the stadium entrances and exits..
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

What gives trump the right to stand up in public, call a player an SOB, suggest that anyone who doesn't agree with his form of patriotism be fired and criticize the game for not being violent enough?

It now seems several of the team owners have come out in support of "their employees".......

So if they are cool w/ it should we?? If not you/we have choices..

It is not part of the office of president to be advocating ppl be fired because he doesn't agree w/ them...... THAT IS WHAT A TYRANT DOES & it's shocking that you don't know that..

he can speak as a private citizen as well as POTUS. He was not using any government coercion, nor threats of coercion.
He was making a political case just like the player did. Free speech doesn't stop because you are POTUS.

Trump is a coward. He gets elected in part for the exposure he got as a reality TV star who's tag line was you're fired. When he fired Comey he couldn't pull the trigger, now in public he's urging other people to fire employees. Go fuck yerself little donny dotard!

When does a U.S. President give up his free speech rights? They've all had them and used them as they chose.

If Obama or hillary was using a bully pulpit asking for privately owned companies to fire their employees because they didn't like what they were doing or saying you would have a cow....... Nothing more to talk about is there.......

If they had, and Stretch did, you'd have a point, silly Billy.

Since they didn't and Stretch didn't either, you don't.

Obama told private business owners, "You didn't build that!" He also dictated to private business owners what they must sell or do even if it goes against their religious beliefs. He also forced citizens to purchase a product, government insurance...if we don't we get fined.
All Trump did was state his opinion of what a business ought to do...he's not running around claiming he's going to create a law to force any private business owners to go along with his thoughts on the matter.

Can't employers exercise their free speech?

Your argument is that we must listen to those who hate America. As a non-leftist, I call bullshit.
