Why does it matter to you? If the leagues, the teams and the stadium management want to play it, who's hurt?

In fact, the National Anthem became widely played at baseball games during WWII, and it was often played at other games for a century.

The NFL followed suit more recently. In Canada, the NHL requires that the Canadian and American anthems be played before an international match.

We went decades without selling hot dogs at sporting events, too. Does that mean they should no longer be available?

seeing the politicization of IC leadership makes me squirm and wonder WTF they are not doing a complete investigation
