Do you turn on to watch Nazis? I don't. I turn it on to watch a game.
So unless the nazis are in your front yard, I don't think you can compare, unless they made these rallies a national past time. They haven't, have they?

I turn on the news to see what's going on in the world. Like it or not, pal, they make the news. I also don't change the channel, like a crybaby, when I see something I don't like. I do not give a flying fuck about pro football.

What a fucking imposition that your thumb on the remote gets overused!

I watch football also and I've never seen the camera fix on one person throughout the anthem.

Remember when liberals got triggered by the sight of a football player taking a knee?

A fundamental misunderstanding of the first amendment displayed in this post.

I like watching the NFL, when it wasn't politicized it was a unifying force in the US. It no longer is, now it is politicized and the escape from that nonsense and the central conversation that crossed political barriers no longer exists. Unfortunately it isn't as enjoyable any longer.

I don't "boycott" the NFL, I just don't watch any longer because ESPN, the NFL, and now many of the players have all decided that they need to insert themselves into politics.

However the "stand or lose citizenship" idiocy. Yeah. Though I dislike their method and the NFL was foolish not to include it in the contracts like the NBA to stand during the Anthem, they have a right to ruin the fun for me as much as they want. I'll fight for their right. Nobody is losing citizenship because you don't like their protest that is what the first amendment is all about.

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

Who said they are not proud, they are simply pointing out that America can do better!

Now, flying the Confederate flag...., the flag of a people who took up arms against AMERICA, that is disrespectful. They should be allowed to do it, but its a direct insult on the American flag.

If somebody doesn't support the rights enumerated in the constitution they probably should get out. I'm definitely right of center politically, but I am 100% in support of the Constitution. Millionaires exercising their right to make a sport suck is definitely covered in the constitution, it is directly mentioned. The government doesn't get to punish people for this kind of thing. Now the NFL could simply fire people, etc. as they aren't the government, but promoting some sort of government action against a protest? You'll not get my support on that one.

You're only thinking on one level, TheDonald. You don't have to be proud of everything to be a good American. I'm certainly not proud that a group of warmongers lied us into the Iraq war.

I guess I should remind liberals who attacked Tim Tebow for taking a knee that they are hypocrites.

Jared was so obsessed by Tebow’s kneeling that he launched a website about it.

Lie! It is certainly his right to take a knee when he choses. I never said otherwise. I think the man is a phony, but I support his right to do what he does, even if its just for image and endorsements.
