    Default 25th amendment...

    US Constitution
    25th Amendment

It's reassuring to know that the media's opinion counts for squat.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

You're a sad bugger, there is no way the 25th Amendment could be used.

On what grounds might a president be removed?

The amendment is vague about the specifics. However, John D Feerick, former dean of Fordham Law School who served as one of its architects, said Senators who signed the amendment into law were clear it must be based on "reliable facts regarding the president's physical or mental faculties," not personal prejudice.

"If you read the debates, it's also clear that policy and political differences are not included, unpopularity is not included, poor judgment, incompetence, laziness, or impeachable conduct — none of that, you'll find in the debates in the congressional record, is intended to be covered by Section IV," he told Business Insider.

This is another pipe dream like the faithless electors.

Wouldn't life just be easier if democrats accepted the outcome of the election.

I have to wonder that if they have kids that play sports and lose, do they demand a do over?

What am I saying they probably aborted their kids

according to wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aborti..._United_States) there have been 50 million abortions since the 1970's. I think it's safe to say that the majority of those are from unwed liberal women. Conservative women are likely much more against getting an abortion, so I'll be modest and say 70% of aborted babies would have been born to liberal moms, and raised accordingly. Abortions have therefore literally killed ~35 million liberals that would have otherwise been alive today.

    sooooooooooooooooo

    just sayin'

wouldn't have made any difference........most of them would have lived in California so Hilliary would have won the popular vote by 38 million and still lost the election......
