Your initial issue was with the drowning out of one side of the demonstration. If they can't garner enough people who agree, on a weekend after a Friday night cross burning (sans the cross burning), then maybe they aren't in the majority. White supremacist Richard Spencer isn't welcome on LSU's campus following violent clashes in Charlottesville, Virginia, over the weekend.

“We will take the necessary precautions to ensure that our campus is safe from violence, that our students and faculty are safe from people trying to stir up troubles,” LSU President F. King Alexander told The Advocate.

Spencer’s people have been making calls to LSU officials trying to arrange a visit to Baton Rouge, Alexander said.

“He’s not welcome,” he said.

LSU's rejection follows similar decisions on campuses across the country, including Texas A&M and the University of Florida, which have both canceled his campus speaking events in recent days.

The Antifa modus operandi is to shut down speech through intimidation.

That's what they did Saturday in the Boston 'free speech rally' [how do you even make this stuff up lol]. In theory, a Trump supporter could have showed up at the 'free speech' rally with their red ballcap and MAGA sign.

At the risk of getting their head thumped by one of the Antifa thugs. They were so desperate to find some Nazis they assaulted an elderly woman. I'm sure a Trump supporter would have suited them just fine.

So, while Antifa may be in a gray area as far as the First Amendment is concerned, they are very much against free speech, in principle. They have out-Nazi'd the Klan in that regard.

Furthermore, anyone who fails to denounce them, implicitly condones Antifa and their actions.

Penn State Says White Nationalist Richard Spencer Not Welcome

Pennsylvania State University is the latest school to reject a request to host an event featuring white nationalist Richard Spencer.

“I disagree profoundly with the content that has been presented publicly about this speaker’s views which are abhorrent and contradictory to our University’s values,” Penn State President Eric Barron said in a statement Tuesday. “There is no place for hatred, bigotry or racism in our society and on our campuses.”

The decision to deny a request to allow Spencer to speak on campus this fall, Barron said, was made after a safety assessment done by campus police in consultation with state and federal law enforcement officials.

“This event at this time presents a major security risk to students, faculty, staff and visitors to campus. It is the likelihood of disruption and violence, not the content, however odious, that drives our decision,” Barron underscored.

Penn State is at least the fourth college or university to turn down a request made either by Spencer's organization – the National Policy Institute – or a supporter of Spencer’s to hold an event on campus in the wake of a violent rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, where white supremacists, white nationalists and neo-Nazis clashed with counterprotesters, leaving one woman dead and others injured.
