I once did not hire a guy because he insisted on bringing up how he hated the idea of Obamacare, during his job interview.
All I had to say was I found a better candidate for the job. Which I did.
The people I fired were written up and it was explicitly noted in my report that, the reason for their termination was that they expressed racist ideas and attitudes to me about guests and other employees.
