It permeates all aspects of society, and manifests as white privilege (whereby whites are by default given the benefit of the doubt). Take a look at the Opioid Epidemic and contrast that with Crack Epidemic of the 80s and 90s. Whites drug abusers are viewed as angels with clipped wings.
