Default I have added a second background...

template. On the main page in the lower left you will find a drop down menu. If you select testing you can see the new option. I'd like some feedback if people like it.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
    - -- Aristotle

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.
    - -- The Buddha

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

I think I prefer the default style. I'm more of a muted tan person myself when it comes to backgrounds. But I still like the site a lot!

I prefer dark writing against a lighter background rather than the opposite, thus I'm with the Lady.

    Thumbs up

I like the blue color, but after a few minutes of reading it strains the eyes a little. After you have clicked on a link it is red against the light blue and hard to see. Maybe light blue background on the upper control board but a lighter color in the posts area.

Also the grey timestamps blend in with light blue and make it hard to read.

Hell, Damo doesn't see feedback as an ego-blow. This isn't SR's forum you know. We're helping him out.

The blue background is Ok ... you might want to leave the reading area white ....
