"If Flynn was granted immunity or leniency in exchange for his cooperation, you don’t need to own all 20 seasons of Law & Order on DVD to understand how much hot water Trump could find himself in. Rarely does the FBI cooperate with suspects in order to indict someone lower down the totem pole. And from the campaign through the inauguration, few people were higher up the chain of command than Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
Hopefully, Jay Sekulow got a very healthy deposit for his services."

I am literally bubbling over with excitement and anticipation!!!!
C'MON MAN!!!!
Would be a mistake to grant him immunity. Flynn, like Oliver North, is an old soldier, he's not going offer any inside information that would incriminate the Administration, immunity would only save him from being prosecuted later for lying to investigators, can't see it as anything but a mistake
The assumption is that Flynn has inside information that he is willing to trade so that he doesn't have to serve jail time. Ain't happening
"Hot water for what," suppose Flynn does have such information, certainly in a position to, for example Trump's business relationships with Russians, prior contacts by other now Administration members that weren't listed on security forms, circumstantial evidence giving new life and direction into current investigations.
It could be anything, conservatives error is in thinking that collusion is the only illegality on the table, it't not, in reality collusion is next to impossible to prove, but other considerations that the President would rather not air out in public are on the table

it is funny to see JPP libtards doubling down while the democrat party is starting to distance themselves from this
I predict in a few months they will wish they never brought it up
I'm pretty sure that if they were going to trade immunity for info, they'd have a pretty good idea of what he was going to tell them. They could pressure him to tell them what he knows off the record before any formal deal was inked.
If he gets immunity, it will likely be because he knows something that they can really use.

If they have given him immunity, you can be sure he's giving them something good.
