Is Trump a liar?

Simple question. Lets see if his supporters can answer it without bringing up Obama or Hillary.

And when I say liar, I don't mean someone who has told a statement that has turned out to be incorrect, but rather that he says stuff that he knows isn't true in an attempt to deceive and obfuscate.
