I am sure everyone will be breathless heading into Tuesday's special election to fill Tom Price's seat. I haven't paid too much attention to it, but noticed that the polls are pretty much tied.

I am sure both sides will look at this election as a proxy for 2018. If the democrat wins the democrat party will say it is a sure sign they will take back the house. If the democrat loses, the democrat party will say "Yeah, but it was a republican district so losing it isn't a big deal".

I am not going to predict this one as I don't know anything about the district. I will only say that special elections rarely tell us anything about midterms or general elections as much as the major parties want them to.

I am wondering what Putin is doing to assure a Republican win?
