Default Macron trolls Trump with ‘Make Our Planet Great Again’ website

    I Macron. He's everything trumpovchka isn't.

"French President Emmanuel Macron launched a website Thursday aimed at combatting climate change, inviting American scientists to work in France following President Trump's withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement. The website's name —“Make Our Planet Great Again" — is a play on Trump’s campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again.”

“Faced with the climatic skepticism of the new government of the United States, President Emmanuel Macron invited American scientists to come work in France,” the website reads.

The website also touts France’s science and technology sectors in an apparent sales pitch to American scientists.

“You may know our research hubs, such as La Sorbonne or Paris-Saclay. These are the places you have to come work in to develop new initiatives for our planet,” the page says. The newly elected French president debuted his play on Trump’s slogan in a video criticizing Trump's decision to pull the U.S. out of the climate accord."

Methinks Macron misses the Paris part of the Accord.. There is no reason not to work on climate change.
There are lots of reasons not to do it Paris style for the US.

Macron isn't sure which is older, the planet or his wife.

Awesome! Since Drumpf is rapidly diminishing American world leadership, this Macron dude seems to be filling the void.

If I were trained for climate research, I would totally think about spending the Drumpf years in Paris. Laissez le bon temps rouler!

Ageism GQ? It's the same age difference as trump and his wife.

    Damn good looking for 64.

Melania faces a worse situation, doesn't she? But instead of an attractive older spouse, she gets a fat, orange-skinned lying asshole.

She looks great. She would turn my head in public.

Anyway, what the f does his wife have to do with Drumpf's erosion of American's scientific leadership, which is apparently defaulting to France?

I really have to see proof of that migration. Now would be good.

All you have to do is search posts from this website for the past 13 years to see that the Reich Wing has either denied global warming is happening, has claimed that it's all due to natural causes, claimed that it is a hoax perpetrated by a global conspiracy of lying scientists, or claimed that pumping more greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere will be great for us because we will be able to grow oranges in Iceland.

Their reasons for denial seem to change annually, monthly, and even hourly.

So please do not innocently claim that "everyone" knows there are good reasons to "work on climate change". That claim is simply not credible, it does not even pass the laugh test. Your buddies in the Reich Wing are on record, for years if not decades, embracing denialism, delayism, and phony rightwing blog "science".
