Default Republican Congressman Says God Will 'Take Care Of' Climate Change

What a dumbass, and the people who elected this idiot too?!!

    http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politi...nge/ar-BBBK5JX

A Republican congressman told his constituents that he believes God will "take care of" climate change if it proves to be a "real problem."

Michigan Rep. Tim Walberg said during a town hall in Coldwater, Mich., on Friday that while he believes climate change is real, it is not something for humans to solve.

"I believe there’s climate change. I believe there’s been climate change since the beginning of time," Walberg said. "Do I think man has some impact? Yeah, of course. Can man change the entire universe? No."

He continued: "Why do I believe that? Well, as a Christian, I believe that there is a creator in God who is much bigger than us. And I’m confident that, if there’s a real problem, he can take care of it."

As constituents grumbled, Walberg said: "I don’t expect you to agree with me on that."

Most scientists in recent years have said that global warming is driven by human influence.
It was reported on Wednesday that President Donald Trump plans to pull the United States out of the Paris Agreement, the landmark 2015 deal in which nearly 200 countries promised to address climate change.

Under the deal, President Obama committed the U.S. to a 26-28% reduction in annual greenhouse gas emissions by 2025.

""Do I think man has some impact? Yeah, of course."

I mean, you can literally see the Deniers backtracking, retreating, revising, and goal post moving in real time. It wasn't that long ago the reich wingers bellowed that is all a hoax, or hollered that the current rate global warming and climate change was completely due to natural conditions.

History is going to remember - and not in a good way - Drumpf's preposterous claim that global warming is a Chinese hoax. I mean, that might be one quote they will be still talking about in 200 years.

Will we still be here in 200 years if we pull out from the Paris Accords?

Drunk posting, Cawacko? Or is this even a serious question? I totally gave up beer, and weed...so I am a piteous teetotaler now!

I have never, ever heard any reputable scientist say global warming will make the human race extinct. Have you?

Well, folks, they say there's no such thing as a stupid question. This proves that axiom wrong.

Well, actually, they predict it will cause a FIREBALL Earth ... as it's all based on "feedback" which causes heat which causes more feedback which causes even more heat, etc., etc. ... in an unstoppable chain reaction until the planet bursts into flames.

The Al Gorians call it "the point of no return" !!!!!!

Socialism is just the modern word for monarchy.

D.C. has become a Guild System with an hierarchy and line of accession much like the Royal Court or priestly classes.

Private citizens are perfectly able of doing a better job without "apprenticing".

God himself will be taking care of the earth, climate, planets, stars, entire universe and every living creature soon enough. For those who think 2/10th's of a degree is major warming, they ain't seen nothin' yet.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

Lol, watching the Warriors game. I wish I was drinking man, haha. Nervous watching this game sober.

Yeah I was f'ing around saying that. Tone doesn't always come through here well but we do hear dire warnings so I can have some fun as well.

Of course KELVIN is the correct temp scale they should be using. But that would make it look even more insignificant.
