For the government to do the paying, they must first take it from the people. The government provides no services nor produces a single product that provides revenue. For them to have money, they must first take it from those that do provide services and products. If you want capitalism to collapse, continue to tax and tax and tax those from which the government constantly demands do the funding of social programs.
