The reasons why we froze their assets to begin with, have those terms been satisfied?

There is no need to pay for any munitions as they are already paid for. However no bomb is safe for storage or will work forever, so if they are not used they must be dismantled, which cost money. So by dismantling North Korea we save money and can build newer more powerful and safer smart weapons.

We returned their assets as part of the nuclear deal. Are they keeping up their end? Must be. Trump just signed off on it.

Are you so clueless that you don't understand whether the munitions are used or dismantled, because of their expiration date; that replacements are always ordered?
It's not like they had 100, 10 were used and / or dismantled, so they just decided to stick with an inventory of 90.
