nobody has ever died for smoking or using marijuana. It is one of the safest drugs on the planet.
Thousands die every year from alcohol poisoning and I assume you don't want to ban alcohol.
People can become physically addicted to alcohol and smoking tobacco. With marijuana, you do not develop a physical dependence. I vape weed all the and then go on the road for months....no withdrawl symptoms.
