Default Correcting the mistake of Gorsuch using an old constitutional maneuver

The Democrats should use Thomas Jefferson's precedent, where he responded to the packing of the midnight judges into the court by simply reducing them back down to their original size, eliminating those that were appointed, as well as abolishing the new courts and removing those new judges. In 2018, immediately after President Pelosi is sworn in after the impeachment of the Monster, the senate should convene and reduce the size of the court to 8 members. The position of the most junior member, in this case, Neil Gorsuch, will be eliminated. Afterwards, the supreme court should immediately increased back to nine members. And Pelosi should fill the vacancy with Justice Garland. Thus, things will be as they should have been in an ideal universe - as if Donald Trump had never existed.

The Republicans, thankfully having forever abolished the filibuster, could do nothing to stop this.
