Question.

If a majority of representatives are elected into office in the House of Representatives and a filibuster proof number in majority are elected into the Senate and a sitting President are all in favor of prohibition of all guns being owned and used for any activity or purpose by the American people and thereby shall be confiscated, and the Supreme Court is a majority of Judges that agree with that ideology, and the Congress passes such a law, and the President signs the law and the Supreme Court overrides all precedent and decides the law is legal IN THE NAME OF THE GENERAL WELFARE, would such a law be CONSTITUTIONAL?
