I don't get any ACA. Nor will I have any new plan that comes through. I have my own insurance and have had it my entire working career. It's just enjoyable watching the idiot Republicans torment so. Seven years to come up with their own plan and they have to negotiate at the last second. Only to have it fail in the Senate.
Not sure who you're talking about, but I laid out the obvious flaws in your plan in your other thread.
You still have the govt. coming to the rescue when those who opted to use a HSA only, run out of money. You do have everyone contributing 'something', but I don't know how you determine what % of income will be contributed?
Now, the Anti American Healthcare Act does nothing to address the real issues. In fact, it does nothing but replace ACA with a plan that does more harm than good.
But Republicans are trying to reverse engineer a plan. They start with a massive tax cut to the wealthy, and try to craft a plan around all of the things that they're doing away with.
They still have a huge slush fund for the states. So why not just replace all the money they took from the risk corridors, and tweak the ACA as necessary?
Because they want that 3.8% cap gains Medicare tax to go away. Billionaires feel they shouldn't contribute to Medicare.

He's bluffing, in the same way he does in business. Except that in business, he chooses to stiff contractors in the end. He can't do that here. His bluff is built on the idea that the voters will make the 'No' votes pay in two years.
In an ironic twist, the Koch Bros. are guaranteeing support for anyone who votes no, and challenging anyone who votes yes.

Trump has, as POTUS, awesome powers he can bring to bear on recalcitrant members of the far right to sway them. From the bully pulpit to patronage, to campaign finance, etc.
Trumps real problem on this issue is he has not done the groundwork with Hospitals, Insurance Companies, Physicians and professional associations that will be needed to affect long term changes.
