Trump better get use to it, he's got four years to go or less?!!
President Trump vowed Friday that along with fulfilling his campaign promises to build a border wall and restrict immigration, he would "do something" about the media--a message seemingly put into action the same day by the President's press secretary, Sean Spicer, who denied some reporters access to an off-camera media briefing.
Saturday, the country's major newspapers responded with blunt editorials, warning The White House that chilling words and restrictive actions will not discourage journalists from doing their jobs. "Mr. Trump might want to brush up on what the First Amendment means, and get used to it," said The New York Times editorial board. "Not during Watergate, Iran-contra, the Monica Lewinsky affair or any number of other scandals or crises has a president of either party ever barred an accredited news organization from a White House briefing."
The President's remarks to the Conservative Political Action Conference, the country's largest gathering of conservative activists, seemed to intensify the Trump Administration's rift with the media, which in recent days has included labeling journalists "the enemy."
"The fake news doesn't tell the truth. It doesn't represent the people," Mr. Trump said Friday. "It will never represent the people and we're going to do something about it."
Members of The White House press corps--and their employers--seemed set to dig in for an extended fight.
"If the intent was to intimidate reporters into writing fewer things that the administration does not like, and more things that it does, it is doomed to failure," wroteThe Los Angeles Times editorial board. "Trump has betrayed some alarmingly authoritarian notions of the presidency over the past two years, and punishing organizations that run stories critical of the president falls right into that category."
The New York Daily News put its response to the president on its front page:
"That the President of the United States dares to play editor-in-chief is chilling," said the Daily News editorial. "That he fails to see his own hypocrisy is stunning."
Others went further, suggesting that President Trump on Friday displayed "the strong-arm tactics of an authoritarian." Writing in The Guardian, Lawrence Douglas accused the Trump Administration of a "radical attack on the First Amendment," and argued it demanded a strong response. "It is, in fact, a signature of authoritarian rulers that they turn the opposition into the enemy. The opposition is to be engaged and persuaded; the enemy is to be isolated and crushed."

Don't buy fake news.
The best way to combat the media bias is through their cash flow.
Cancel cable TV, don't go to theaters - go net flix for 10 bucks a month. Get redbox movies for a couple bucks, get movies free at the library.
Take the $1500 a year you'll save not paying for cable & go on a vacation.
Don't visit CNN and the big networks websites - visit Drudge, go to BBC, ect...
