It was based upon their belief that Russia cyber invaded America and They cited the actions of Austria and Ukraine who held revotes after unfairly held elections as legal precedents. Not a word about the Trump campaign colluding with the Russian govt. Again, just so we're clear the lawsuit claims that for all practical purposes, Russia invaded America and because of that, the results of the 2016 election should be declared null and void(or for you, "WAHHHH!
