There is this ex-army officer that has been doing TV progs where he walks huge distances. He's already done the Himalayas and the Nile and has turned to the Americas. The last one I saw was where he walked from Guatemala to Nicaragua via Honduras. Honduras is fucking lethal whilst Nicaragua is poor but relatively safe these days.

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."
Well the you no regards for human life or American values of liberty and values and your ignorant of the history as the United Fruit syndicate were ruthless fascist bastards who would kill anyone who jeopardized their Central American fiefs and it was US support of that syndicate that forced the Sandinista to turn to the socialist for support earning an enduring enmity towards the US. Using your logic Hitler was ok cause he killed communist.

Impossible to say. There was no TV back then much less twitter and Facebook. As I suspected this thread degenerated to a 'who was the best president', which was not the intent of the OP.
JFK used the office as his personal haram so he certainly had no respect for it.
Don't know enuf about LBJ although his crime of knowing full well there no incident with the Gulf of Tonkin Incident was far worse than the petty crime of covering a third rate burglary.
Carter had the social graces of a country bumpkin insulting Mexico's president joking about Montezuma's Revenge, Clinton allowed his White House staff to do blow, as in coke, on the job, not to mention actual bj's, Obama's obvious hatred of America was an insult to the office.
I'd argue that only Ford, Reagan , Bush Sr and Bush Jr, as crappy a president as he was are the only ones in my lifetime that had respect for the office and of those four Reagan was far and away the best for reasons pointed out in the OP.
