Bawahahaha, yeah, did you see them at the Women's March all clawing at each other, it was a mess!

How do you propose the bet be settled? How can you place a percentage of possibility on something even you say can't be verified?

It's an interesting dynamic that I can't fully explain. But women will speak of sisterhood and we need more equality etc. yet they have no trust with each other.
So, you are just assuming the reason they didn't want to hire her was that she was pretty? And upon that assumption you have based your assertion that women don't trust each other?
    Please never be management!!!!!!

Since you weren't there, how can you make any statement on the matter? Sounds to me like you're the one doing the assuming.

I don't have to tell you to never be management. It's obvious you never would be able to do it. You learning "would you like fries with that" took long enough.

This is what others on the team said the reason was. She wasn't hired because the girls on our team said no. Now granted I didn't interview her but based on her resume she was much better qualified than more recent hires and the two guys on the team I talked to who did interview her said she was excellent. So if I was in management I would have hired her. Is that bad in your opinion?

It's not possible to be settled without him presenting his info nor do I really care to be honest. But for the sake of discussion, like I said, i'd put the odds at 90% plus that he's a poor because it's hard to hold the attitudes he does and talk about it as much as he does and not be a poor.

Plus he chooses not to say where he lives or what kind of work he does. It is his right of course not to state any of that info but there's also a reason for it

Is anyone sure that what men do is the standard by which women should be judged?

I don't believe that should be the case at all.
AMERICAN HISTORY ITSELF IS A TESTAMENT TO THE STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE OF AFRICAN PEOPLE. WE, ALONG WITH THE COURGE AND SACRIFICES OF CONSCIOUS WHITE AMERICANS, LIKE VIOLA LIUZZO, EVERETT DIRKSEN, AND MANY OTHERS, HAVE FOUGHT AND DIED TOGETHER FOR OUR FREEDOM, AND FOR OUR SURVIVAL.

In America, rights are are not determined by what is just, fair, equitable, honest, nor by what Jesus would do. Rights are determined ONLY by what you can DEMAND.

    I don't.
Interesting hearing Candice Wiggins perspective that the WNBA players tried too hard to be like men.

That's true as I'm sure that many, if not most, idolize and even emulate the male athletes they grew up watching.

But the larger question is, why do we judge women by what men do?

How many men have been raped? How much does that weigh on one's psyche?
