    Default Some Super Bowl comparisons

There are some JPP posters who continually point out the Steeler's 6 Super Bowl wins.

Super Bowl IX - January 12, 1975 - QB Terry Bradshaw
    Super Bowl X - January 18, 1976 - QB Terry Bradshaw
Super Bowl XIII - January 21, 1979 - QB Terry Bradshaw
Super Bowl XIV - January 20, 1980 - QB Terry Bradshaw

    Super Bowl XXX - January 28, 1996 - QB Neil O'Donnell - LOSS
Super Bowl XL - February 5, 2006 - QB Ben Roethlisberger
Super Bowl XLIII - February 1, 2009 - QB Ben Roethlisberger

Super Bowl XLV - February 6, 2011 -QB Ben Roethlisberger - LOSS

So basically, it took them 36 years, 8 games, and 2 different QBs.

Now, the Patriots have the following stats:

Super Bowl XX - January 12, 1986 - QB Tony Eason - LOSS
Super Bowl XXXI - January 26, 1997 - QB Drew Bledsoe - LOSS

Super Bowl XXXVI - February 3, 2002 - QB Tom Brady
Super Bowl XXXVIII - February 1, 2004 - QB Tom Brady
Super Bowl XXXIX - February 6, 2005 - QB Tom Brady

Super Bowl XLII - February 3, 2008 - QB Tom Brady - LOSS
Super Bowl XLVI - February 5, 2012 - QB Tom Brady - LOSS

Super Bowl XLIX - February 1, 2015 - QB Tom Brady
Super Bowl LI - February 5, 2017 - QB Tom Brady

This has the Patriots winning 5 Super Bowls in 31 years, out of 9 games and it's been Tom Brady for the last 25 years.

Here's the list of QBs with the most Super Bowl rings:
    1 - Tom Brady - 5
    2 - Joe Montana - 4
    3 - Terry Bradshaw - 4
    4 - Troy Aikman - 3
    5 - Peyton Manning - 2
    6 - Eli Manning - 2
    7 - Jim Plunkett - 2
    8 - Bob Griese - 2
    9 - Roger Staubach - 2
    10 - Ben Roethlisberger - 2
    11 - John Elway - 2
    12 - Bart Starr - 2

    All others have 1

This means that Eli Manning and Ben Roethlisberger as the only QBs that could possibly break Tom Brady's 5 rings or maybe Montana, if he comes out of retirement.

Love him or hate him, he is a legend.
SEDITION: incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority.
