Just to clarify, we don't have a rule against racism. We went over a lot of his comments over a 24 hour period and around >50% of them were basically posting that stuff, and we collectively decided that he wasn't really here for discussion but rather to just talk about hanging people from nooses. Had he made one or two comments here and there, he likely wouldn't have been banned. But we determined he was here primarily just to rile people up, which is why he's been kicked.
That's why Rule 14 was created. I wholly support this.
