Default "Make America Great Again" is racist ( Clinton)

Though Hillary Clinton denied the Brexit outcome will have a direct impact on her presidential campaign, she did see similarities between the U.K. voters who chose to leave the E.U. and those in the U.S. who are also feeling left behind by a highly technical global economy.

"A lot of people in small towns, rural, even less successful cities said, 'No, let's go back to the way we think it was.' And in effect, that's what Trump is promising," Clinton said, in an interview with LinkedIn Executive Editor, Dan Roth.

"'Make America Great Again' is really code for,
'Hey, I can turn the clock back. And I can make you feel good. And I can get you the job that you used to have and even at more money," Clinton told Roth. "And you know, we won't have to worry about these pesky immigrants and Muslims and women and African-Americans and other people, because we're going to make it great again on terms that will favor you.'"
]t's a cruel fantasy," Clinton continued. "We know that is. But we also have to have a positive agenda. It's not enough to say, 'That's nonsense, it can't be done. We've got to say, You know what? We are going to create more good jobs.'"

But the "stay" side in the Brexit debate also didn't do enough to make its case, Clinton argued. She thought that they were "not as emotionally effective" in making their case as the "leave" side.
Can anything really stop Brexit now?

"I do agree, though, with the analysts who are saying, 'Look, the leave campaign just told all kinds of false tales' and advertised on buses and in posters a lot of what they said would happen... So I really fault the ["remain"] campaign for not taking on all of those wrong, misleading claims," Clinton told Roth, before going on to compare that campaign to her own.

dog whistle left pandering by Clinton..watch the pundits nod sagely "yes -that of course is what it is"

I don't hear Clinton talking about income inequality as a priority like Bernie did.
I don't hear a lot of talk about raising the GDP - 'making America great again'. Clinton calls that a "cruel fantasy" instead

Do you think Trump promising West Virginians that he will re-open the mines with antiquated techniques to give them back full employment was honest?
We have the intellect to imagine the finality of our own demise but do not have the sophistication to overcome our survival instinct and accept it.
Solution? Magical thinking and childish promises of everlasting life.
    Ergo, religion.

    rac·ist

Ask yourself honestly if this describes what you believe to be true.
If the answer is yes, you are a racist.

It goes to a larger point then singular issues. currency manipulation "dumping" without penalties..the entire scope of trade.

While I don't think coal is ever gonna come back -this insane idea natural gas is a "pollutant"
is part of the Dem's Green orthodoxy.

But Clinton -like she did with Bernie -is the candidate of "no we can't". she has no vision except multi-billion$ jobs programs.
    She's a NAFTA/TPP style globalist

Whenever liberals get rejected by voters the voters are

    1) stupid
    2) had a temper tantrum
    3) leftists didn't get their message out

Leftists never consider that their ideas are rejected. They are wholly convinced of their moral superiority of their ideals and anything else is either racist, homophobic etc

Those people of West Virginia voted for Trump because he promised to re-open the mines.
He lied to them about something everyone else knows is impossible.

I grant the point about the mines -but her characterization also includes
'Make America Great Again' is really code for,
'Hey, I can turn the clock back. And I can make you feel good. And I can get you the job that you used to have and even at more money," Clinton told Roth. which is racist interpretaion and without merit that the middle class cannot benefit from better trade policies.
She is saying the slogan for raising the GDP, income inequality.. ALL THAT boils down to fearmongering on her part.

We do not even try to stop plants from opening in Mexico -we could us all kinds of carrots and sticks to help keep better jobs here.
Or fleeing for taxes like this. But it has to be a main priority of any administration
We did it with Walgreens-simply by social pressure..
