Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
    - -- Aristotle

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

No. Blogs are a format for people who can't handle their ideas being debated. We don't want losers here. BB is where it's at. Just one man's opinion. But if it would increase your revenue, do it brother.

My main goal is to make this an enjoyable place to be, not to maximize revenue. I don't do this to make money.

I know. But still. It'd be nice if you could break even.

Well, to get a good integrated blog area I'd have to pay. I'm willing to do it if it would increase the enjoyment people get from the site. If not, if they won't use it like the "Chat" area, then it won't really be worth the cost.

I'm trying to find ways to bring more people here as well. I'm thinking of putting a news feed area in, trying to figure out how to do it without adding it as a forum...

Bush doubled the debt from 5 trillion to 10 trillion.
    Proving tax cuts work!

Bush asked for and signed for the TARP money.
The Republican senate leader backed Bush on this.

    LOL

Damo, I'm not sure I would want anyone here to know about my personal life, or if they'd want to read it.

But I'd still probably put a blog up.
