Mikhail Lesin, a former aide and minister under Russian President Vladimir Putin who was found dead in his hotel room in Washington, was killed by blunt force injuries to the head, the Washington chief medical examiner’s office said Thursday.
Lesin, who served as information minister under Putin and advised the president on media policies, ran one of Russia’s biggest media operations, Gazprom Media. He was also a founder of the Russia Today news channel, now known as RT.
Lesin was found dead at the Dupont Circle Hotel. He died of a heart attack, Russian state news service RIA Novosti reported.
The Washington medical examiner said today that in addition to the blows to the head, the 59-year-old Lesin suffered blunt-force injuries to his neck, torso, arms and legs. The examiner released its findings in a joint statement with Washington’s police department.

Yeah, "heart attack"...
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
