I can't wait to see this! I think that she changed the country. I also am fascinated to see Senators who are still in elected office today during these hearings. These hearings proceeded the 1992 election, which became known as "the year of the woman". Four women were elected to the senate that year, and I can't remember how many to the House. I always thought that women watching on television as a row of white men battered Anita Hill brought them to the polls that year looking for change.
WALTHAM, Mass. — On the day in 1991 that the Senate confirmed Clarence Thomas to the Supreme Court, Anita Hill — the little-known law professor who riveted the nation by accusing him of sexual harassment — faced news cameras outside her simple brick home in Norman, Okla., with her mother by her side, and politely declined to comment on the vote.
In the nearly 23 years since, Ms. Hill, now a professor of social policy, law and women’s studies at Brandeis University here, has worked hard, she likes to say, to help women “find their voices.” She has also found hers — and she is not afraid to use it.
“I believe in my heart that he shouldn’t have been confirmed,” she said in a recent interview, acknowledging that it irritates her to see Justice Thomas on the court. “I believe that the information I provided was clear, it was verifiable, it was confirmed by contemporaneous witnesses that I had talked with. And I think what people don’t understand is that it does go to his ability to be a fair and impartial judge.”

Boring... got anything else?

Why am I not surprised that the party that founded the KKK would relish the modern day lynching of a black man?
She was and is a fraud.
Funny that we are always told that "sexual predators" are prolific and don't do it just one time yet good ole Anita was the only one lefties could drum up. Too bad they couldn't find a white woman.
Yet Clinton left a trail of victims of his sexual predation and so called feminists turn a blind eye

If the GOP could have found a white woman who ever accused Thurgood Marshall of such atrocities, they WOULD have lynched HIM, no doubt. When the offending black man is an Uncle Tom Republican AND the woman he harassed was only a black... then the GOP turned a blind eye.

Yet, when all those women came out accusing Clinton of rape and sexual harassment, you highly educated liberals called them white trash lying whores and went on to vote him in. Even after he got caught with Monica sucking his dick, and lying on national TV, you still think he did nothing wrong.

Curious... who all was on that Senate Judiciary committee?

I wonder... did Joe Biden and Ted Kennedy perform well in that committee?
Apparently Google is failing me on bringing up the list of committee members... just seeing Biden and Kennedy mentioned in articles. But they are liberals champions, I am sure they acted appropriately.
