What is the painting after the highway picture? It is bizarre, and I can't help but be drawn to it.

I typed in "grotesque" in google images, and it was like the second thing that came up. I couldn't tell you the name of the painting.
The entire thing was put together in about a minute - I'd just type random thoughts or phrases into google, go to images, and copy and paste the stuff here.
One of my favorite paintings is "The Scream", Edvard Munch.
