As Ayne Rand used to be fond of saying. There is not such thing as a contradiction. If you find your self in a contradictory position examine your premises. At least one of them is wrong.

That being, #1, there is nothing unconstitutional about regulating guns, and we always have regulated guns, as long as ones right to bear arms is not infringed. In fact the necessity to regulate arms is literally written into the second amendment. Go read it again. A little more slowly if you have too. #2. Who's grabbing guns? Show me where they have been taken in whole cloth.

not the same and you know it. I am sure you consider charging 5,000 dollars a bullet as proper regulation.

    THAT'S VIOLATING SOMEONES RIGHTS

I mean, we should be able to ban guns solely on what they look like superficially, but honestly I think even asking someone to prove who they are when voting is simply too much.

What is it you absolutist don't get about this?

    What can't I read?

You do realize that there isn't a single gun control law written under the militia clauses of the Constitution?

Not a single law that "regulates" the commercial sale or the acquisition, possession and use of guns by private citizens is based in Congress' power to regulate the militia.

So exactly what are you arguing?

The only thing you are proving is that you are totally ignorant of the Constitution and its action.

I can teach you how to make your own black powder, or better yet, your own nitrocellulose.

Lol...black powder. I haven't used that in a long time. But knowing how to make it would be a useful skill since I hunt with a muzzle loader most Of the time. I use 777 to hunt with. Shoot, I even used Pyrodex to load my cannon on New Years Eve this year.

It'd be better to know how to make primers. And reload berdan primed brass.

It's not hard. PM me if you want it. I don't think Damo would appreciate me posting the instructions on here.

Well, I have enough primers to probably last my son's lifetime....brass, bullets and powder too. All that for 4 different calibers. I don't have a shortage of reloadable ammo, unless it is 410 shot shells, my hunting load of choice for small game. Have an old Savage 22 over 410 combo gun that I use a lot. I haven't saved as many 410 hulls over the years as I should have and I'm so tired of having to make an appointment to buy 22 shells.

I'll do that...and try it in my cannon. I only use it for a noise maker but it is fun to torch off.

Must be nice to only have 4 calibers to reload.
