People who believe that are complete stupid fucks. What rational thought would lead them to believe that a democratic ME nation would automatically be pro US. I mean these idiots probably never even read a newspaper let alone a history book!

Islam isn't stuck....the ME eastern nations will be. You're are correct. The Islamic nations need the equivalent of a reformation that will lead them into modernity. Otherwise they are going to remain a midevil culture and open to exploitation by the western powers.

Lets not be hipocrytes about this either. Large swathes of the south are still stuck in a midevil European cultural paradigm and 200 plus years of democracy hasn't really done a whole lot to change that.

NOT ME! My cynicism is once again awarded with bragging rights.
    Biography:

Grind is one of the internets most beloved and influential political thinkers and deep-level theorists in the modern era. He rose to prominence in early 2015 when he alleged, contrary to the dominant theory of christiefanism of the time, that Bill Clintons wife was indeed running for president and wasn't considering settling down to be a grandmother. In 2016, Grind was one of the key figures in proposing the new revolutionary theory of "30% is not a rare occurrence" which shook up the JPP political landscape like no other theory ever had before. His academic prowess, deep-level analysis and remarkable insight into human nature and psychology will undoubtedly result in further complexities being untangled and laid bare. He currently resides in boston, his hobbies include #rekking libs, vaping, and patriotism. You can find him in a thread near you.

It looks like the Catholic Church is heading into a reformation, maybe Islam can follow.

This is random but my buddy is in Istanbul this week for part of his MBA program and he sent this email this morning. Probably offensive to some but knowing my friend I was in tears.

""Ill check the box. Not a chance in hell im coming back though. I get it, everything is old as sh*t here. It doesnt take away from the fact that people dont booze here, its way too f'ing crowded, the food sucks, no hot chicks, the beer tastes like ass, ive been watching the same goddamn tv station for three days, no golf courses and the fitness center is the size of my bathroom. Im all for history, but three days of 800 year old "mosaics" and "tapestries" has driven me to drink copious amounts of the crap they try to pass off as beer. Other than that its awesome.""

    Put blame where it belongs
ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.
