    Default What...no DOW threads?

Man, when the market was crashing, it seemed like some posters were tripping over themselves to announce the bad news to everyone.

Just finished the day at over 14K - 1st time since 2007.

So you are happy that the Wall St barons are doing well? It is hard to figger you guys out sometimes. One minute you are bashing Wall St, the next you are masturbating over the DOW and Wall St getting richer. I wish you would make up your minds.

I am holding my short positions. I haven't been stopped out yet. Like I said, you can never time the market, but all signs are pointing to a top. I could be wrong. I don't get every trade right. But, I get more right than I get wrong.

The market is going up.....whoopie, whoopie

    Is your heathcare any cheaper
Is your heating oil bill lower
    Is gas cheaper
Is your grocery bill going down
    Is your home value rising
    Are you taxes lower
Is unemployment a thing of the past

Of well, the market is up....
    Put blame where it belongs
ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.

My heating bill is lower, new energy efficient boiler.

My grocery bill is down fewer people living at home to feed, we are eating less meat, more legumes.

My home value has risen, Alaska's market is pretty stable. Anchorage is out of room, so property values are stable or rising.

My taxes are lower, my hubby turned 65, so property taxes going down!

The price of gas went up just today from 3.39 to 3.59. Market driven?

Hmmm....I thought tax hikes on the corporate whores were going to create a severe cutback in investment?

Too bad it didn't, because most of the gains on Wall St. translate to harder times for the middle class.
Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

Yet no comment when it went over.

Kind of proves the point, I guess.
