Default Tired of GOP voter suppression efforts

If there is a bill like Motor Voter, which gets more citizens registered to vote, you can be sure the GOP will oppose it.

If there is a story about thousands of provisional ballots or other voter forms getting trashed, it's pretty likely the state's SOS is a Republican.

If there are efforts to limit early voting hours, the # of places people can vote or any other means to avoid the ridiculously long lines we are already seeing in OH and FL, the state's SOS is usually a Republican.

I get it - when more people vote, it hurts the GOP. If everyone in America voted, that party actually wouldn't stand a chance. Man, that has to be terrifying.

It goes both ways, how about the black panthers standing in front of Philly voting offices holding night sticks?

There are attempts on both sides, and the Democrats aren't 100% clean on this.

But overwhelmingly, GOP efforts are more widespread, and historically, much more effective. It's a country-wide strategy for Republicans.

Pass legislation forcing everyone to vote. The Democrats would never lose another election again.

Americans voting in large numbers is a good thing.

We dont have to force people to vote to win.

We just have to protect their right to vote from your party to win

The Black Panthers intimidating voters in Philly was was mentioned.....at least 2 different states reported votes for Romney showing up as votes for Obama...
The NAACP just about took over a polling place in Texas, escorting voters from the back of the line to the front (line jumping) and the Thing pinhead says
    Democrats of 100% on this....
Can't he/she read, or maybe its just plain old fashion stupidity.....

ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.

Do they scare you? These young men would not stop me from voting! They would have to use the night sticks, but I don't think they would on me, I am really sweet.

I too become terrified anytime I see a black man at the polling station. I have found that if you give them a wink as you walk by them, they won't bother you. Try it.

Nor would they bother me...I'd be glad to see them again. I remember what the Black Panthers were about and it isn't what the 'right' have painted them as. They rocked!!
Stupid, paranoid, and armed is a bad combination.

Christianity: Sending telepathic messages to a Jewish ghost letting him know that you will accept him as your master and ask him to remove a magical curse that was passed down to you because an old woman that was made from the rib of her partner ate a piece of magical fruit from a magical tree because a talking snake told her to.

Ask me again why I'm an atheist?

But it's still an outrage that we have to charm our way past a wall of large black men in order to cast our votes! Wait did that really happen or was that a fantasy I had last night?

Well, either way, it is an outrage! I am outraged!

Remember the elected Republican who got caught having gay sex in a public bathroom and claimed he was giving head to the black guy because the guy walked in and was very large, and he was terrified so, of course...he did what any normal person would do in that situation? Who was that? I remember BAC made some of the funniest posts ever about that story but I forgot who the politician was.

Also republican poll workers in Philly were escorted out, or refused entrance this morning, the dems needed more time to get the dead people vote registered. Also a mural of Obama was right behind a voting booth in one place.
