Default Muslims score touchdown in LA stadium

Thousands of Muslims poured into Angel Stadium as they celebrated Eid al-Adha, the Feast of the Sacrifice, the most important holiday of the Islamic calendar.

"Eid Mubarak," men and women said in greeting, wishing blessings for the day in culmination of the annual pilgrimage, called Hajj, a tribute to Prophet Abraham's life and legacy.

More than 20,000 Muslims gathered at the baseball stadium in a historic event organized by leaders of three mosques - the Islamic Center of Irvine, the Islamic Institute of Orange County in Anaheim and the Islamic Society of Orange County in Garden Grove. The three mosques are members of the Islamic Shura Council.

Thankfully no sucide bombers killed them, cannot say that for these folks.

A suicide bomber killed at least 40 people in a mosque in Afghanistan's relatively peaceful north on Friday as worshippers gathered for prayers marking the Muslim Eid al-Adha holiday, police officials said.

And when christians gather, "Wow, good thing the priest wasn't molesting that little boy, can't say the same about this church on the other side of the country."
